Tom Austin
Owner/President
Tom Austin, the Owner/President of Austin Homes, Inc., began his professional career in 1989 as a mobile home transporter. Through his career advancements, he became a Certified Installer in Kentucky, where he continues to expand his business. Tom is actively involved in the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) as a Board of Directors member, engaging in committees dedicated to Legislation and Education.
Justin Austin
Field Manager
Justin, the son of Tom Austin, is a certified installer in Kentucky and Illinois, as well as HUD certified. Serving as our Field Manager, he supervises transport, deliveries, installations, and daily field operations. Justin is actively involved in KMHI and participates in committees focusing on Education and Legislation.
Michelle Austin
General Manager-Central City
Michelle, also known as “Boston,” is the General Manager at our Central City sales center. Joining Austin Homes in 2020 after relocating from Boston, MA, she has swiftly mastered all aspects of the manufactured home industry. As General Manager, Michelle is committed to leading our team and ensuring a seamless home-buying experience for every customer.
Morgan Shelton
General Manager- Benton
Morgan, is the General Manager at our Benton sales center, and has been a valuable member of Austin Homes since 2023. With a dedication to excellence and a drive to succeed, Morgan has played a pivotal role in the growth of our Benton location.
Tiffiany Miller
Customer Care Coordinator- Central City
Tiffany joined Austin Homes in 2025 and will be the first friendly face that you will see when visiting our Central City location! Tiffiany is excited to assist customers with all service and warranty related requests!
Carrie Winstead
Home Consultant- Central City
Carrie joined Austin Homes in 2024 and has already become an asset to our growing team. She brings fresh insight and enthusiasm into her role as a Home Consultant while focusing on providing a positive experience for her customers. Carrie is ready to help you find your dream home!
Heather Griffin
Parts/Rental Manager- Central City
Heather comes to Austin homes with an abundance of experience in Property Management and she aims to create a smooth, and stress-free rental experience for our tenants. She also manages the parts inventory at our Central City location and can help you with all your manufactured home parts needs!

Office Assistant/Customer Care Coordinator- Benton
Since joining Austin Homes as our Office Assistant and Customer Care Coordinator, Jamie has been a vital part of our team. She is dedicated to supporting customers after their new home is delivered, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident, and fully satisfied.
