Tom Austin
Owner/President
Tom Austin, the Owner/President of Austin Homes, Inc., began his professional career in 1989 as a mobile home transporter. Through his career advancements, he became a Certified Installer in Kentucky, where he continues to expand his business. Tom is actively involved in the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) as a Board of Directors member, engaging in committees dedicated to Legislation and Education.
Justin Austin
Field Manager
Justin, the son of Tom Austin, is a certified installer in Kentucky and Illinois, as well as HUD certified. Serving as our Field Manager, he supervises transport, deliveries, installations, and daily field operations. Justin is actively involved in KMHI and participates in committees focusing on Education and Legislation.
Michelle Austin
General Manager-Central City
Michelle, also known as “Boston,” is the General Manager at our Central City sales center. Joining Austin Homes in 2020 after relocating from Boston, MA, she has swiftly mastered all aspects of the manufactured home industry. As General Manager, Michelle is committed to leading our team and ensuring a seamless home-buying experience for every customer.
Morgan Shelton
General Manager- Benton
Morgan, is the General Manager at our Benton sales center, and has been a valuable member of Austin Homes since 2023. With a dedication to excellence and a drive to succeed, Morgan has played a pivotal role in the growth of our Benton location.
Tiffiany Miller
Customer Care Coordinator- Central City
Tiffany joined Austin Homes in 2025 and will be the first friendly face that you will see when visiting our Central City location! Tiffiany is excited to assist customers with all service and warranty related requests!
Jenifer Zeron
Parts/Rental Manager- Central City
Jenifer brings extensive experience to the Austin Homes team and she will be the go-to resource for parts available for order and immediate purchase at our Central City location as well as being available to answer any questions about our rental properties in the area!
Krystle Alverson
Home Consultant- Central City
Krystle has quickly become a key part of our team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her here at Austin Homes! She brings dedication, drive, and a true passion for taking care of her customers every step of the way and is committed to helping you find your forever home!
Jamie Henson
Home Consultant- Benton
Jamie initially joined Austin Homes as our Service Coordinator and has since entered her role as a Home Consultant. This background has given her the expert knowledge to help with the home buying process from start to finish. With her positive energy and buyer-first approach, she’s dedicated to helping every client find the perfect home!

We’re proud to say that here at Austin Homes, we have our own in-house delivery crew! From deliveries and lot sets to service work, if it involves getting a home set to state code, they handle it all!
