Owner/President

Tom Austin, the Owner/President of Austin Homes, Inc., began his professional career in 1989 as a mobile home transporter. Through his career advancements, he became a Certified Installer in Kentucky, where he continues to expand his business. Tom is actively involved in the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI) as a Board of Directors member, engaging in committees dedicated to Legislation and Education.

Justin Austin

Field Manager

Justin, the son of Tom Austin, is a certified installer in Kentucky and Illinois, as well as HUD certified. Serving as our Field Manager, he supervises transport, deliveries, installations, and daily field operations. Justin is actively involved in KMHI and participates in committees focusing on Education and Legislation.

Michelle Austin

Home Consultant – Central City

Michelle, also known as “Boston,” serves as a Home Consultant at our Central City sales center. Joining Austin Homes in 2020 after relocating from Boston, MA, she has swiftly mastered all aspects of the manufactured home industry. Michelle is enthusiastic about assisting you in discovering your dream home!

Cale Crowder

Home Consultant – Central City

Cale, a Home Consultant at our Central City sales center, began his career in banking in 1998 before transitioning to Austin Homes in 2017. Leveraging his expertise in the manufactured home industry and his background in finance, Cale is equipped to address any inquiries you might have during your journey.

Lexi Goodman

Customer Care Coordinator – Central City

Lexi serves as the Customer Care Coordinator at our Central City sales center. She plays a crucial role in helping home buyers with services after their home has been delivered. Lexi has been a part of the Austin Homes team since May 2022.

Deidre Williams

Rental Manager/Front Desk Clerk

Deidre has been a valuable member of Austin Homes since June 2024. She plays a vital role in handling daily office duties, overseeing the parts store and inventory, and managing the rental properties. When you visit our office, Deidre will be the first friendly face you encounter, so feel free to drop by and greet her!

Chrissy Barnes

General Manager – Benton

Chrissy, who serves as the General Manager at the Benton sales center, joined Austin Homes in April 2019. Beginning as the Customer Care Coordinator at Central City, where she managed the service department, she later moved to the Benton location in 2022.
